its downloading the same message over and over and over

hi! i have godaddy as the source and for the last hour thunderbird has downloaded the same message to me about 50 times, over and over and over. not 50 at a time, just a few this minute, a few more the next minite, etc. and nothing new has been dowloaded after that point (3:23pm CST)

i fixed it. i found that someone else answered a similar question. the answer is:

That e-mail message may be corrupted or malformed in some way, clogging up the works.

Quit Thunderbird.

Log into your webmail for that e-mail account, and delete that message that way.

Start Thunderbird and see if things are working better.
