How do I get contacts from incredimail into Thunderbird?

I am trying to get my Incedimail contacts into my Thunderbird mail contacts and I don't have a clue how to do it. Thank You!

A Google search found instructions for saving your incredimail address book as a .csv file.

Once you have that then open the Thunderbird Address book window and select Tools-Import
