NO - you can't move Firefox bookmarks outside the Profile folder.

Bookmarks are stored (along with browsing and downloads history) in the places.sqlite file in the Profile folder. One file, not a folder. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profiles-where-firefox-stores-user-data
