After update to 45.6.0, I am unable to view remote content in messages regardless of how I attempt to allow them. Suggestions?

I have selected and deselected "allow remote content". I have added exceptions, nothing seems to permit me to view remote content. Worked fine until I updated to Version 45.6.0.

Chosen solution

No explanation for this, but now after a reboot for another reason, my remote content is now displaying properly. This was not my first reboot, but after this one, I no longer have the problem.
