Is it possible to export a group with all its associated email addresses?

When I try exporting my address book as a csv file, it does not export the groups I have created and their associated names and email addresses. Is there a way to do this?

I have MoreFunctionsForAddressBook and used it to export the "Collected Addresses", where I have stored all my mailing lists. While the resulting csv file has all the names and emails that comprise all of my mailing lists, there is nothing in that file that indicates which emails are associated with which mailing lists. I can export each mailing list separately but that's sort of tedious. Is there any other option?

Hmmmm....I've never worked with thm files before but I will give it a try and report back. Thanks for your help.
