I can not make sense out of why FIrefox is crashing. It seems random. Sometimes it happens in safe mode (immediate crash - FF will not open). The crashes happen daily. What seems to fix the issue temporarily is to refresh. OS = Ubuntu 16.04.01 64bit FF = 51.0b9 Here are the steps I have taken: I installed the newest version. This seemed to be the answer for several days. Then the crashing started again. Tried safe mode. Sometimes work, sometimes does not. Refreshed - again, temporary. What do I need to do as a user to get help with this issue? What information can I share?
