Why do I Keep losing my folder tree after MS update?

Folder tree gets messed up (rearranged, missing folders) after MS update and sometimes for no reason. Have to disable all add on's to get it back.

If I remember correctly the most common cause of folder pane problems after an update is addons. This can happen for example with the calendar addon Lightning, if the correct version is not installed

Try updating lighning if you have it installed
