Olá,

olha pode dar uma olhada nesse link: http://mzl.la/1FHlWYF. No final do post ele mostra como acessar a aba de certificados digitais, clicando no botão "Ver certificados", você poderá manipular todos os que estiverem e inclusive excluir.
