thunderbird settings for homecall emails

I am trying to set up thunderbird to receive a homecall.co.uk email account I can login on the homecall webmail but thunderbird will not get them from the webmail page. Is there any special settings to enable this to happen.

Start from File/New/Existing Mail Account (or AppMenu/NewMessage/Existing Mail Account) and add your account with the settings given here (use manual config. if necessary):

As stated on that page, it's recommended to set up a secure talktalk account instead, especially for mobile devices.
