How can I set up a split screen to toggle between Thunderbird and Microsoft Word?

I want to toggle back and forth in a split screen side by side with a Microsoft Word screen. I want this in order to transfer addresses from an email already sent, to a Word document where I can edit and rearrange the addresses, and add more addresses.

Chosen solution

If you want issues. copy and paste addresses back and forth with Microsoft Word. Something like notepad might be appropriate. Word is not.

As for the auto arrange of windows. Microsoft removed that some versions ago I think.

Why not open the message source. Locate the To CC and BCC headers, in the first few lines and just copy all of the addresses at once. The are in the header on a single line with a comma between them. Thunderbird user interface does not make what you are trying to do easy.
