I use Mozilla Firefox to check my emails from the mail platform IBM Verse (https://apps.na.collabserv.com/). Some times when I open Office attachments or PDF files, Firefox closes unexpectedly. After restarting Firefox I can open the document, but in other cases the problem still happend, in other cases Firefox crash unexpectedly without doing anything. I started Firefox in SafeMode, removing the profile, disable all add-ons but the problem still happend. I updated my Windows 8.1 professional, I updated all device drivers and still have the same problem.

Which locale of Firefox are you using? es-ES?

Previously I had installed Mozilla Firefox English language. Yesterday I uninstall Firefox and remove all directories related to it and I installed Mozilla Firefox in Spanish (es-MX) laguage. But still have the same problem.
