Instead of the download page a login Microstrategy web page open...
Good morning, I want to get the last french installation file of Thunderbird but when I click on the download button another web site open (a login MicroSTrategy web page). Any help ? Thanks Regards Herve

I can't reproduce that here. (I am in the UK.) The French language download link takes me to
https://download.mozilla.org/?product=thunderbird-45.4.0-SSL&os=win&lang=fr
and for me that downloads straight away. But you of course may be taken to a different (local) server.
You could also try here:
https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/thunderbird/releases/45.4.0/win32/fr/
(but it's quite possible this could again link you to a local server.)

Which "download button" was this?
Here is the way I used... From this web page "https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/", I click on "System & Language", I go to the "french" row and click on "Download for windows in french" link, Then I have to add an exception due to a security certificate, to obtain what I have call the "login MicroStrategy web page" at this address : https://download.mozilla.org/MicroStrategy/servlet/mstrWeb witch is not the "exe" file expected.

The first link doesn't work from my computer... I have the same problem. The ftp link is OK I could reach the exe file !!!!
