Chosen solution

Sorry, but the people who make Thunderbird do not run any help desks or phone lines. This, and similar forums, are where help is to be found.

I'm sure you can pay for help, but I don't know of nor recommend any "professional" help companies. Do you have a regular IT tech or supplier you trust?

You have told us very little so far.

Has it ever worked? When did it stop working? Have you used Thunderbird before or is this a new venture?

What version of Thunderbird are you using? What operating system do you have (Windows/OSX/Linux)?

Were there any error messages to tell us what is failing?

You could tell us a lot by pasting here your Troubleshooting Information.

To find the Troubleshooting information:

  • Open Help (or click on three-line-icon and select Help)
  • Choose Troubleshooting Information
  • Clear the checkbox labelled "Include account names".
  • Use the button Copy to clipboard to select all the text.
  • Paste this (ctrl+v) into your next posting here.
