Is it possible to download email from a third party web hosting?

For example, Level 3 Communications hosts our company email. However, the email extension is our company name. When I try to add an account with my email and password, I am getting the error that the email/password are incorrect.

If the new account wizard fails to correctly the server settings for your email provider you'll need to use manual configuration. https://support.mozilla.org/kb/manual-account-configuration

Make sure to obtain the required server settings for your email provider in advance.
