Yes. If you have no plans to restore Firefox, you can remove all of the profile folders.

If you ever want to use Firefox again, or if you may wish to transfer files such as your Firefox bookmarks to your alternative new browser it would be best not to delete any Profile or sqlite files.

It is also worth remembering that Firefox may not be the only thing creating and using .sqlite files so you may need to take care with what you remove.
