I'll have to use mozilla firefox in the school I've chosen to attend online. I've never used a chrome OS .... so I'm unfamiliar with firefox and chrome and I did not know if they are compatible.

keep my gmail account, right? and Mozilla is what I use online, right? It will work?

Chosen solution

The desktop Firefox from www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/ is only for Windows, Mac OSX and Linux. The mobile Firefox is only for Android 2.3+ on ARMv7 and Intel cpu's. Recently Mozilla has the Firefox shell for iOS 8.2+ devices.

There has been no version of Firefox from Mozilla for the ChromeBook as it uses the Chrome OS which basically uses Google Chrome. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chrome_OS

Some ChromeBooks depending on hardware may be possible to dual boot with a Linux distro in order to browsers like Firefox and SeaMonkey but it will not be fast.
