I installed an add-on but it isn't appearing on Thunderbird to use it.

I installed Themes and Fonts add-on, but it isn't appearing in Thunderbird under tools or to add to the menu bar. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it. I have turned it off and restarted it. I have closed and opened Thunderbird several times. It still doesn't appear anywhere although it says it is active in the add-ons list. By the way, I successfully installed it on Firefox and the icon is appearing on the menu bar there. Just not on Thunderbird when I installed it there. Any suggestions.
