Thunderbird does not have a version which is optimised for touch screen usage. But so long as the screen is large enough that you can individually touch the smallest controls, and your OS provides means for you to express left and right clicks (both ideally in conjunction with shift and control) then you should be able to use it.

I'm just wondering if anyone has direct experience with truly using TB on a desktop touchscreen with Windows 10, before i download it on a family member's computer and transfer all of that email from the awful Windows 10 Mail app.
