I lost my send icon and Ctrl Enter does not work?

I lost my send icon quite a while ago. I was using Ctrl Enter to send emails. Suddenly that stopped working. Consequently I cannot send an e-mail.

Chosen solution

Open a Write window. If the Menu Bar with File-Edit-View etc is missing press the alt key to make it appear. From the menu bar select View-Toolbars and turn the missing toolbars back on. Send is on the Composition toolbar.
