How to set www.firefox.com (US), but not (zh-CN) as default firefox home?

I live in US and use software, applications in English (US). When I was in China, my laptop broke, hard drive was replaced and a Windows 8.1 (Chinese version) was installed. Now, most software, browsers, including firebox, installed are mainly of Chinese version. How could I select US (English) as default country/region for firefox?

You can check the order of the installed languages.

  • Tools > Options > Content > Languages
