not recceiving email on computer. downloaded windows 10 10 days ago and it worked until 3 days ago. how can i fix it?

I receive emails on my phone but not on my computer. I downloaded windows 10 about 10 days ago and at the time I received emails on my phone as well as my computer. When I deleted an email from my phone, it was automatically deleted from the computer. The problem started 3 days ago - now, I am not receiving emails on my computer (still receiving emails on my phone). Can someone help me with the problem.

What happens if you turn your phone off for 10 or 15 minutes. Does mail start?
