How to get TB to open eml files as it saved them
When I save an e-mail from within TB, it saves it as an .eml file. However, when I wish to insert the contents in another message, it changes the format to something with a lot of header crap and many lines and frames. How do I get TB to handle it as viewed?

The frames were present in the original message but invisible and are now being highlighted so you can work with them. Without such indicators you would have trouble inserting or selecting text just where you wanted it.
Any html-formatted message with frames will appear like that if you reply to it or forward it inline.
Just select the frames, their contents and copy and paste.
