how to remove slidebar from bottom of page

Could some one please tell me how to remove that slidebar from the bottom it like to pages are to big or something I would just like the page to fit the page so I don't have to have this irritating slide bar to keep moving the page from side to side all the time if anyone can tell me how to do this I would be grateful thanks from njacog P.S. where will I find this information if someone can tell how to do it

Hi, try changing the zoom level (Ctrl and + key, or Ctrl and - key). More - Font size and zoom - increase the size of web pages.

Incidentally, you have more than one version of Shockwave Flash - which can cause problems, so the oldest should be removed -
