What the point of asking no one answers. Firefox is Rubbish at this
No one is answerring, Firefox are very keen to appear helpful but they are particulaly unhelpful

How rude! 2nd question that you asked here, and the first one back in 2011 was answered within 45 minutes, but you never followed up on it.
Thank you Fred, it would have been more helpful of Mozilla had put a link up that one could get help from.
