Is there a way to duplex print emails in Thunderbird?
Hi there, Just wondering if there is a way for me to print emails on both sides of a sheet of paper? Function seems available in some programs but not others. Is there an add-on that gives this option?

I do not know what to tell you about that. Thunderbird does not control what happens after it hands the document off to the print driver. I just click Properties when the print driver opens and select 2 sided print.

Duplex printing is a function of your printer driver. After you select Print in Thunderbird and the printer driver software opens select 2 sided print if your printer supports it.
Thank you for the response Airmail. My printer does support two sided printing but the option does not come up in the print window every time. For example: Word, Excel and Acrobat pro all have a large print window with lots of options including print both sides. When I click print in Thunderbird I just get a small print window with few options and no print both sides function.

Thanks for that info, Airman..... I am embarrassed to say that I never saw that properties button. I just looked and clicked now and there was the option! I guess what threw me off was that it was a different appearing print window.
