I have received an email including a zipped file and want to download it

I have received an email including a zipped file. When I`m trying to download it, it shows me an error which saying "The file download will begin after you complete the offer with valid information.Use valid information only when completing a survey. " 

I can`t go ahead and I don`t know what to do next. And when I`m right clicking the file there is nothing any option to extract it,so I can`t read it via winrar or winzip. Need a quick response for this matter.

You posted in the Firefox support fora queue. Firefox doesn't do email, it's strictly a web browser.

If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.

If your problem is with Thunderbird, let us know and we can move this thread to the Thunderbird support queue.
