Hi, is there a way to hide the account name folder (s) from the folder pane, with a userstyle, userscript, addon, about:config setting ? those folders are useless space & i can access settings from the tools menu anyways.

Try View|Folders|Favorites.

favorites? unrelated

Not if you prefer to specify which folders are displayed.

No because even if i mark folders as favorites, the account name still appears in favorite view, so i have to stick to "unified" & find a way to just hide account name folders..

yeah about that. just double click the parent folder to collapse the tree under it.
