I have just downloaded and installed T/B v 45. Now I would like to create a new email account with gandi.net but the options described on your "new email address" support page are not available. How can I set up a new account through gandi if I have been using T/B for a while?

Press F10 to see the main application menu bar if it is not visible on the file menu select new then get a new mail account.
