What is up with this new toolbar icons?

What happened to the toolbar is this new version(45.0)? See attached image. How do I get it to look like it did in version 38.?? I mean the "Archive" button is out of control and what is with all the micro images on all the other buttons?

What themes are you using? I tend to prefer a somewhat old fashioned appearance but most of the themes that do what I want haven't yet been made compatible with TB 45. It looks to me like you're using one of those that I had to abandon.

I was using "No Glass" theme and after disabling it the tool bar buttons are back to normal but now I have to look a blue bar at the top of the window. Is there a way to get rib of the blue bar and make it grey or translucent?
