My website has a form. When the form processes, an email is sent to a specific email address. In the last 3 months those emails mysteriously couldn't be found. I talked with my host and I found they were being moved into a new folder called 'Unwanted'. I never set up this folder. Now that I found the emails, I'm still having problems with emails getting moved automatically into the 'Unwanted' folder.

I have disabled all rules and it's still happening. There are no POP connections on other devices. I am running Windows 7

Are you saying your account is POP? Then Thunderbird has only visibility of Inbox on the server. It cannot see the 'Unwanted' folder, and hence cannot move messages to it. That appears to be something happening on the server, possibly some sort of spam filter. So you should talk to your email provider.
