I set up to check for new message every 2 minute, and it works well. Since 24th-25th March, My email can not automatically download new emails anymore. I have to close Thurnderbird and start again many times a day to download new emails

There have been many people complaining about not getting new messages via GoDaddy IMAP server recently, unless Thunderbird is restarted. Check with GoDaddy if they have any problems. Assuming there is a GoDaddy support forum, check whether other users have the same problem.
I set up to check for new message every 2 minute, and it works well.
I'd say it did work well, and it may well be the problem now. Try to increase the interval to 15 min.
