Have to restart Thunderbird for emails to come through
For the past week or so I have been having issues with Thunderbird not retrieving messages. I'll know that I am supposed to have something in my inbox but nothing is coming through on it's own or when hitting send/receive. I have to restart Thunderbird for messages to come through.
Chosen solution
There have been many people complaining about not getting new messages via GoDaddy IMAP server recently, unless Thunderbird is restarted. Check with GoDaddy if they have any problems. Assuming there is a GoDaddy support forum, check whether other users have the same problem.
