Machine translation is not very accurate and if you do not know the language yourself, you would have no idea what you are actually saying to the other person.

It would be safer to send it in English and let the receiver translate it. If that would be too inconvenient for them, you could send English, and then follow that with a machine translation and mention the translation site.

If this is a very important communication, you could hire a human translator to do the job.
