How do I open or disable "clutter" folder

Quick backstory and information: We recently had to upgrade a few of our workstations to professional versions of Windows for various networking needs. After installing the new OS, Thunderbird was reinstalled and configured to communicate with IMAP settings through GoDaddy's Office365 hosting (but we do not use office software for email). The settings appear to be correct as my accountant can open her emails, however she received and email stating that some of her emails were moved to the "clutter" folder. Some of these emails are important bank statements, etc. There appears to be no "clutter" folder synced in Thunderbird and all of the tutorials I've found on how to enable/disable/view "clutter" are for Outlook and Office365.

To summarize all of this into one question: How do I add the "clutter" folder to Thunderbird or prevent it from intervening in my email delivery altogether?

Thanks in advance! :)

Chosen solution

In the account settings, there is an "Advanced" button to select additional folders to synchronize with the server: IMAP Synchronization.

But you might first log into your Office365 OWA on the web and check whether the Clutter folder is enabled on your account:

In my experience, it's helpful if you are deluged by newsletters and other low priority stuff, but it's frustratingly random at times.
