I've imported a cert for a single sign on server that is internal to our network. Before the last updated it worked fine and I could not be annoyed by the very new "Don't Trust This Website" button that is on every page that is yellow banner with a caution sing with "Firefox recommends that you do not enter password, credit card and other personal information on this website."

How can I go into about:config and disable this. I know the site and this gets very annoying when having to configure my applications.

Thank you,

Did you try to remove that certificate and import this certificate again?

Can you attach a screenshot?

  • Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot
  • Make sure that you do not exceed the maximum size of 1 MB

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
  • Do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window
