Accidentally hit "Never" to remember a password

rrelyea

The directions for fixing this are here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/mobile/privacy-and-security/form?search=Accidentally+hit+"Never"+to+remember+a+password&step=aaq-question Except I can't find the Edit Site Settings on Firefox 44. I can't find an extension that adds it back.

Oh, I found it: tap the site icon (favicon) in the address bar and a "doorhanger" should display with a link to Edit Site Settings.

You have this problem on the Android version of Firefox?

The only place I see "Site settings" is here:

menu > Settings > Privacy, under "Clear private data" > Clear now

(Make sure to uncheck categories of data that you want to retain.)

Unfortunately, I don't see an option to clear Site settings only for that one site.

Oh, I see what you're referring to in this thread, an entry that no longer appears to be on the Page menu: https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1089959

Hmm, where did that go?

Thanks, that worked, might be good to update those other issues.
