not all email are coming through

In Thunderbird, it says I have unread messages but I dont see them. However I can see these unread messages when signing in to the server website. So some of the emails are not syncing to thunderbird.

Do you use threaded view ? Is it possible that the new messages are in a thread? try View > Threads > Unread

or try View > sort by > unthreaded.

Negative, tried that, still dont see the emails. Must have been a weird glitch with the syncing because all seems back to normal.
