Why are ALL folders now in alphabetical order instead of Inbox at the top?

I'm using W7 pro and Thunderbird 38.6.0. Today, for the first time ever, Inbox, Sent, Archives etc. are all in alphabetical order rather than at the top in my IMAP account but not in my POP account. What's happened and can it be corrected?

Chosen solution

That may be Unified Folders view.

In the traditional menu, View|Folders|All

or in the new "hamburger button" menu, |Folders|All

These would restore the default presentation.

It was set to ALL. Going to UNIFIED and then back to ALL restored it to what I want. Many thanks.
