I wish to print my entire address book. I'd like to print the persons on my mailing lists. How can I do this?

You can export the contents of your address book either in 'comma separated' or 'tab delimited' formats. (Address Book > Tools > Export). Files in either of those formats can be opened and edited in a spreadsheet. There's also an add-on for Thunderbird called 'PrintingTools' (note one word) which gives you various options for printing your address book direct.
