I haven't been able to access my email on Outlook since Feb. 10 /16. I have Outlook mail with a Firefox browser which was working fine until I updated your latest update on Feb. 10

You mention Firefox and Outlook, but not Thunderbird. Is this a Thunderbird problem or is the topic mis-filed.

My inbox is not getting any mail since I refreshed my browser, I have always had Outlook mail but since Feb. 10th nothing is going thru to my inbox

Do you use Thunderbird to read your mail or Firefox. This is important.
