I'm trying to import local email folders and subfolder from Outlook to my newly installed Thunderbird and not sure how to best do it.

I have installed Thunderbird and have migrated my inboxes, but would like to now move my folders and subfolders in Outlook (my previous email app) and not sure how to do this.

install Thunderbird V17, run the import from the Tools menu and them update to V38 again.
