Subfolders in grey and cann't sent emails to these
In my folder the subfolders have become grey and I can no longer put actioned emails into. Screen shot attached

What is the account type - POP or IMAP? Who is your email provider?
I am not very computer literate but I believe mail is imap. If that makes sense
When you do login to your account via webmail, what is the status of those folders on the server?
