I have tried all available options within Thunderbird but I can't get my folders to come back. Could you give me something more than the standard stuff already posted on the internet that I already have the ability to read. I like your program but if it has bugs that can't be fixed it becomes useless.

What happens if you select the account in the (left) Folder Pane of the main window, then select 'Manage folder subscriptions' under 'Advanced Features', then click 'Refresh' in the Subscribe window?

How about sticking to your original thread? You might get better results if the person helping does not have to search the entire site for your postings.

No one knows what you consider "all available options" so how about reporting if you tried the suggested solution and what the results were.
