How do i retrieve all of my email folders that was stored in mozilla? They have disappeared.
My mail address (modell@firemanboiler) has a bout 25 subfolders. They have all disappeared. I am in a state of panic because those folders contain very important emails. How do i recover them?

Is this a pop or imap mail account?
It is a IMAP account.
The email folders came back yesterday for a little while then this morning they were gone again! Help!
Are you able to select them to subscribe? right click on mail account name in folder pane and select 'Subscribe' select folder(s) and clickon OK
what happens? Describe what you see when you click to see the 'Subscribe ' window.
I can see them when i hit subscribe.
Because all the folders are gone, i m not able to send emails because the program is stuck on trying to copy the email to the sent folder which is not there.
FYI I can go into Office 365 and see and access all the folders and emails. It is just not in thunderbird. I am sure it is a setting (hopefully!)
It would appear that Microsoft released a bad update to their office365 / outlook.com servers which broke IMAP folders. Microsoft are working on the issue and promise to remediate the situation. For a workaround, please see my blog post. Unfortunately other an that there is nothing more we can offer until Microsoft fix their servers,
