Backup of Inbox and Sent Files in Carbonite
I use Carbonite for backing up my computer files to their cloud. I am using Windows 7 64 bit. Where can I find the Inbox and Sent files in Windows Explorer to back up these files using Carbonite? Also, when I upgrade to Windows 10, will these files be located in the same place. I would like to ensure that I do not lose my email messages during a computer failure.

It's all in your Thunderbird profile. http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder_-_Thunderbird
To determine the profile folder from within Thunderbird:
At the top right of the Thunderbird window, click the menu button , then select Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Folder > Open Folder.
when I upgrade to Windows 10, will these files be located in the same place.
I guess that depends on how you install Win 10. If your Windows user ID changes in the process the path will ultimately change. In case the profile folder changes it will also change.
