How can I set in calendar Time as: "Out of office" as opposed to just busy?
looking to set an appointment to be Out of office for the meeting versus just busy as the set time as option. Then show it in a different color perhaps.

I've looked and can't find any reference to the phrase.
It's possible that if you could find it you could change it to always say "busy" instead of "out of office" or vice versa, but I don't think there is an interface where you could select either alternative as appropriate, or indeed your further option of "phone".
This probably needs an add-on.

I am asking if there is an option to choose that states the meeting is out of office/offsite (similar to outlook) instead of just saying busy because my meeting is in house. Also, is there a way to add as a meeting type "phone"? same as busy but a quick way to notice if it is a phone meeting vs just "busy".
