i'd always like to automatically receive delivery report (not receipt), please make add-on

I want to automatically receive delivery report (not receipt report/read report). Because i want to know if my mail is delivered at the server. Now i have to check this in every e-mail i sent. There already is an automatic option for receipt report, but this is not what i mean. I would like something similar, but then only for delivery. This is not possible yet. Can it be made in an add-on, that would be great.
