Hi,

am aware of the standard answer to fix language problem e.g. 'not in english pls, pls in dutch'

have downloaded other language versions here,

https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/all/

but language stays dutch, defalu setting on my Mac.

What can be done ?

Only guessing here. Try the language packs https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/language-tools/
