How do I get rid of the page that comes up when I lpkkong at s itr and scrolling and the page shows up from corner of the screen shoei g last visited site or t.

I notice that you are using an old version of Firefox for Android.

I strongly recommend you update to a more recent version. You can read more about how to do this here.
