The send to address on my emails has turned red. Why?
This stared after I changed the color of a message to red. There are no added characters as mentioned in your Q&A. are my messages being sent?
Chosen solution
The colour is intended to advise you that an email address couldn't be found in your Address Book, possibly because you had mistyped a valid address. There is a bug in Thunderbird that causes valid addresses to be incorrectly shown in red.
The colour has no bearing on the success or otherwise of sending your message.
